Announcing the 2016 LFM User Meetings

LFM announce North America and EMEA User Meeting Dates for 2016

Houston and Manchester announced as locations for 2016 user meetings

LFM have announced the dates and locations for our 2016 User Meetings for the Americas and EMEA regions.

Americas – February 3rd 2016, Houston
For the Americas region the event will take users back to the Eaton Centre training facility in Houston which has recently undergone a revamp and subsequent re-scan by the LFM team and our partners. To remind yourselves of the venue you can visit our demonstration LFM NetView project here

EMEA – February 24th & 25th, Manchester
For the EMEA region the User Meeting is ‘coming home’ to Manchester and will be split between two locations. The main user meeting on Wednesday 24th will be hosted at the world-famous ‘Theatre of Dreams’, Old Trafford (home of Manchester United Football Club). Of course it would be a shame for you, our customer to travel to Manchester without meeting the team so we will be hosting a second ‘Open-House training day’ on Thursday 25th for users to come and get your hands on the latest and greatest LFM software.

LFMs aim is to provide all laser scanning users with maximum efficiency and seamlessly integrated work processes, for that reason our software is under continual development. Our user meetings play an integral part in this progression, providing us with the opportunity to demonstrate the latest LFM technology and to openly discuss and get your feedback on the solutions you use every day.

Technology and your Trusted Living Pointcloud
At our 2015 user meetings LFM introduced our vision for the future of laser scanning in the form of the Trusted Living Pointcloud. The 2016 event will explore this vision in further detail as we investigate emerging technologies and look to provide you with more detailed understanding of the value your organisations can gain from adopting this methodology.

Also included on the agenda will be information and previews on the latest technology including the pending release of LFM Server 4.4 which brings with it the ‘HyperBubble’ alongside new operating and CAD link features AND the latest updates following our launch of the completely redesigned LFM NetView 4 Series.
